About me
My Story
I never knew what I wanted to do with my life long term until I had my daughter.
​
I discovered the wonders of childbirth and the incredible journey women and their partners/support team go through, and I watched people go through their own journeys alone or without anyone backing them up and telling them that they are making good choices and they are more powerful than they think. I watched one of my closest friends go through a tremendous labor and delivery, and I was lucky enough to be by her side the entire time. She called on me in her time of need, and after that I knew in my heart I wanted to be that person someone could call for the rest of my life.

My Philosophy
I believe in providing any parent with the ability to own their birth and feel confident in their experience.

Pregnancy, labor, and birth has gone through many changes in the world as to how it is treated and how the women expecting are taken care of. Even with all of the advances on technology and medicine, one thing stays the same- you need support. As a doula, that is my priority.
​
Women are built for birth, and it is a beautiful gift to be able to bring a sweet little one into this world. And every woman is strong and perfectly suited to do just that, and I want to make sure every woman remembers that she is enough and she is capable. Every stage is important and to be treated with respect.
I am honored to be a part of a families experience of preparing, welcoming, and learning to take care of their little one.
